SSS: Past Events

CIRCLE OF SELF-EXPRESSION In the fall of 2004 we re-invented the Soul Sister Soirée format and created a powerful event to coincide with the release of our Voice issue- v.10. This soireé was birthed from the idea of gathering in circle to allow participants a chance to express themselves through voice, movement, sound and song so that each of them could be truly heard and acknowledged by their sisters. This soirée was so healing and uplifting that we offered it again in the Winter of 2005 with guest host Robin Taylor. Robin brought her wonderful drumming skills and energy to the group and raised the vibration of this event to a whole other healing level.
