~ Through compassion comes SELF-LOVE~ ~ In softening we find ACCEPTANCE ~ ~ Embracing our body brings FREEDOM ~ BODY LOVE™ A Soul Sister Soirée In this body-focused playshop, facilitators Emily Branden and Sierra Sullivan, guided each participant toward a more loving union with SELF through movement, yoga, circle sharing, and a fun Body Blessing art exercise. Held at Liberation Yoga in Hollywood, the event was a fun and creative way to develop a deeper connection to our bodies in a fun and nurturing environment.
